[wish-info] 2.0 error

When I try to compile the 2 version on redhat 9 I obtain this error, but
it generates the modules. I load it but when I send echo "1" to
/dev/x10/a1, the computer crash.

/usr/X11R6/bin/gccmakedep: line 115: .depend: No such file or directory
mv: can't stat source .depend

It runs ok if I use "nbecho" instead "echo". It runs faster than 1.6
version.
I installed it on Redhat 9. Now I will try to install it on my debian
server.

The error on the .depend is not a problem. I This will go away if you run
"make depend" before you make. It does the "make depend" for you when it
compiles the first time and it is complaining that it can't remove the
existing .depend file.

This .depend error can safely be ignored.
