I'm trying to install the latest wish-2.0.0 (just downloaded today) on
a Red Hat system running kernel 2.4.20. The installation instructions
say I must patch the kernel, and doing so is not a problem. But the
patch provided is for kernel 2.6.1 and doesn't come close to matching
the source code for 2.4.20. I'm at a loss as to what to patch. Ideas?
This system may move to a 2.6 kernel in a few weeks. However, I'd like
to get the Powerlinc USB working sooner than that. Should I fall back
to wish-1.something?
