Thanks to Michael H. Warfield, we no longer have to build the kernel from
source in order to install the drivers. He showed me how to make a very
simple makefile to build with the 2.6 kernel which I was previously unable
to figure out and I backported it to 2.4 so neither version requires the
kernel source.
Also, Michael found a bug in the cm11a source code that causes the log to
misinterpret every other received code and he pointed out the fix for it.

It has been tested with kernel 2.6.10, 2.4.28, and 2.4.28smp. You can get
to it from http://wish.sourceforge.net.
