[wish-info] PowerLinc USB on 2.4.22

Has anyone had any luck getting the PowerLinc USB driver working on 2.4.22
or 2.4.23? We are currently using 2.4.22. I tried disabling the 2.4.21
"hack". While it does not crash, it doesn't work either. We haven't
tried 2.4.23 yet.

The 2.4.21 bulk transfer yields EINVALID (-22) on the submit_write_urb

It receives X10 traffic just fine, it just can't send any.

Any help is appreciated!

I have tested it on an Intel and AMD system running 2.4.20, 21, 22, and 23
and didn't have the problem you are describing. Under 2.4.23 unloading HID
causes my system to crash so I had to take HID out of the system so that the
drivers could load.

What distribution are you running? My tests were on RedHat systems with
standard kernels from kernel.org and RedHat kernels.
