Hiya Everybody,
I just put up the fully functional Java client and server for providing
remote control to your X10 device drivers. It is really intended for a LAN
environment and the security features are pretty rudimentary. But, it is
all fully working. I built the java client to work as an applet in a WEB
page, but I can't get it to work under Internet Explorer. So, for now I
just run it as a Java application. I built the applet to run either as a
standalone application or as a WEB client.
In any case, the documentation for how to set it up is on the main WEB page.
You can get to it from the index from the link to "Java based GUI".
I will be making some improvements to clean up the interface over the next
few days.
